The artwork is composed of four separate plywood boards painted with oil paint. Each of the four panels features a different treatment, including canvas painting, wood surface painting, palette knife painting on canvas, and laser engraving. This painting was a challenge for me as a painter, as I aimed to incorporate multiple distinctive painting methods while maintaining a cohesive and creative image. The artboards contain four elements that I typically use in my past works, which reconnect them together. The resulting piece also symbolizes a transparent "cage" that traps the creature within the frame. The audience is invited to witness the creature breaking free from the cage, representing my attempt to reach a new stage in my painting. Anyone who feels trapped in a life cycle and is striving to break free is also welcome to interpret the piece in their own way.
